The Mentoring Network is a personal support program designed especially for incoming freshmen and transfer students. Upperclassmen are assigned as mentors to new students. Student Mentors are returning students that provide nurturing one-on-one support to foundation students and share information to help new students succeed at MICA. The relationships established between students in the network help empower them to transform ideas and aspirations into realities.

We are always looking for more Diversity Mentors. Applications to become a Diversity Mentor in the Center for Identity and Inclusion can be obtained by reaching out to us at diversity@mica.edu
