All student organization meetings and events must be reported to the Center for Student Engagement using the Event & Equipment Request Form.
While reporting your events is required, it also serves your organization! By doing so, CSE is better aware of your club's operations and efforts, which can impact the level of support and funding assigned to your organization. Additionally, CSE will add events to the MICA / App and the Events & Exhibitions Calendar on your behalf to increase exposure!
Registered student organizations are also able to reserve space for on-campus meetings and events through the Center for Student Engagement, in addition to supplies and equipment.
