When partnering with another institution, organization, business, or individual on a project it is important that each party fully understands their responsibilitiy to the project. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) or partnership agreement is a document between two parties that allows each group to outline their expectations of the project and its deliverables. We've included a general template for project leaders that work on an OCE-sponsored projects.
