Michèle K. Glenn attained a BA in Art History from the University of California at Irvine; an MA in Public Communication from American University, Washington, DC; a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (CTEFL) from the Teachers Development Institute, Boston; and an MS in Professional Writing from Towson University in Maryland.
At Towson, her track of study was teaching college writing to international students. Since 1997, Michèle has taught EFL/ESL at universities, government institutions, and business venues, both abroad and in the United States, to adult students from over 50 countries. Her subject areas include the traditional EFL/ESL domains, expository writing, argument, and rhetoric as well as poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. Additionally, she has extensive experience in administering and evaluating ESL assessments and in curriculum development.
