Additionally, she has reviewed art materials for national textbook publications and co-authored her own textbook, Understanding Visual Artforms in Our World, now in its third edition. She has over two decades of experience teaching various Art History courses at the college level, and is currently a member of the art history faculty at the Maryland Institute College of Art as well as the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. As a member of both faculties, she teaches a range of classes including Art History surveys ranging from the Renaissance to the modern era, Baroque Art, and Italian Baroque art. She also specializes in courses that explore the roles of women in the art world.
