She is the owner of Galaxy Brain Design, which was founded in 2018 to create art and products that resonate with anyone that embraces big feelings + little mysteries. Her work is sold across the country at markets, in retail stores, and online. Her design work is largely focused on brand design and publication design for small businesses. In addition to her creative practice, Bridget teaches visual art, entrepreneurship, and marketing. She also conducts lectures and training in Adaptive Impact Planning, a values-forward alternative to strategic planning that she initially developed as part of her graduate study.

She holds a Master's Degree in Arts Administration from Goucher College; a graduate certificate in User Experience from University of Baltimore; and a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre (Stage Management) from the University of Maryland, College Park.
