Student refunds can be paid via direct deposit to a domestic bank account. Please note that, at this time, we do not have the ability to pay foreign banks via direct deposit; it can only be used for domestic U.S. banks.
To enroll in direct deposit for student refunds only, please follow the instructions below to provide your bank’s routing number and account number.
Important note: Updating bank account information via the Student Service Center only updates for student refund payments and does not update your direct deposit information for any payroll purposes. This information must also be provided in Workday for payroll direct deposit for any student employees.
Please also use the Student Service Center to update your address information. Failure to maintain accurate information could result in delays in payment.
