Alexandra began her formal studies in design at the Schule für Gestaltung in Basel, Switzerland before moving to the United States. She earned a BFA in Graphic Design from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
Since graduating from MASD she has held positions at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the Baltimore City Health Department, and as a contractor to CMS, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
