MICA's Center for Social Design is dedicated to demonstrating and promoting the value of design in advancing equity and social justice, and to inspiring and preparing the next generation of creative changemakers.
MICA's Center for Social Design is located in the heart of Baltimore's Station North Arts & Entertainment District. The center expands upon MICA's pioneering work in social design since 2007, bringing together all of our current initiatives — our award-winning practice-based studios, our graduate program, and our postgraduate fellowship program — and activating various new initiatives and partnerships.
We invite you to learn about the positive change our community of creative designers, scholars, entrepreneurs, and social activists are creating through social design.
