Final schedule revisions for the following Spring semester are due from Undergraduate Chairs and Directors; Graduate Directors are to submit their schedules to the Office of Graduate Studies

New and Revised Course Proposals Due

New course proposals are due through the New and Revised Course Proposal form

November 15

Course Approvals Communicated

Decisions for the new and revised courses submitted by November 1 will be communicated to the appropriate Department Chairperson (Undergraduate) and the Office of Graduate Studies (Graduates)

Late November

Students enroll in their Spring courses

December 1

Course Schedule for the following Academic Year (Fall, Spring, Summer) Due

Degree Plan Changes Due

Course schedules for the following academic year are due from Undergraduate Chairs and Graduate Directors; Graduate Directors are to submit their schedules to the Office of Graduate Studies

Changes to an existing degree plan due with rationale for indicated changes - these changes will go into effect for students entering the next academic year

December-January

Fall Course Schedule
