Delegate Scholarships may be need-or merit-based awards. Annual award amounts range from $200 to $12,030. Students may be awarded more than one Delegate Scholarship. To be eligible for the Delegate Scholarship, a student must:
- File the FAFSA by April 1st.
- Be a Maryland resident. (If you are a dependent student, your parent(s) must also have Maryland residency.)
- Enroll as a full-time or part-time (6-11 credits per semester), degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate student.
- Re-apply each year you wish to be considered for Delegate Scholarships. These awards are not automatically renewed.
- Maintain Satisfactory Academic progress.

Senatorial Scholarships may be need-or merit-based awards. Annual award amounts range from $400 to $11,530. Students may be awarded more than one Senatorial Scholarship. To be eligible for the Senatorial Scholarship, a student must:
- File the FAFSA by April 1st.
- Be a Maryland resident. (If you are a dependent student, your parent(s) must also have Maryland residency.)
- Enroll as a full-time or part-time (6-11 credits per semester), degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate student.
- Have taken the SAT or ACT unless you graduated from high school five (5) or more years ago, have earned 24+ college credit hours, or are attending a community college.
- Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.

2+2 Transfer Scholarship
The 2+2 Transfer Scholarship is designed to assist and encourage transfer students from Maryland community colleges to attend a 4-year institution within the state. Students must be enrolled in an eligible accredited Maryland postsecondary institution.
