Accessing Email

If you have an active MICA account, login to your MICA email inbox using Gmail's login page. Enter your full MICA email address and password to access your inbox.

Please note:  MICA's department of technology (TSS) does not support third-party mail programs like Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook.

Email Support

If you have any questions or difficulties regarding your MICA Gmail account, email the Help Desk including pertinent information, such as your name, MICA ID, the nature of your problem. You may also create a service ticket if you have an active MICA login.

Departmental Email Accounts

If you wish to request an email address for a club/organization, office, or department, please email the Help Desk for further instructions. 

Current and Transitioning Alumni

Due to constraints and changes to Google's policy, we no longer provide MICA email addresses to alumni.  For more information, please visit this page published by the Alumni Relations office.
