First and foremost, I am a storyteller. When I first dipped my toes into the art world, it was from having fever dreams. After telling my mom about one of them, she told me I could make a story out of it, and armed with paper and one of my sister’s manga, I became a self-taught artist. After some years of tips from the internet and other art friends, I was enrolled in a Pre-College program at Ringling College of Art and Design, and learned the fundamentals I had originally skipped, and unlearned bad habits I picked up. After pre-college, I started to hone my craft as a comic artist, animator, and later, sound designer. The one goal I have with any project I start, is to shape a world, characters, and story that people will feel something about, following in the footsteps of the stories that came before me, that I enjoyed.
