Statement

Rowan Danner is a comic creator, character designer, and all-around lover of creatures of the night! Taking inspiration from campy retro horror movies and queer-coded villains, his work explores the gentle side of monstrosity and invites the viewer to challenge preconceived notions of fear, comfort, and otherness. He has a soft spot for bright palettes, pretty vampires, and really freaky looking dogs.
