Jin Xia
Statement
Jin Xia is a multidisciplinary illustrator with interests in interactive arts. Her MFA thesis “Us and them” combines illustration and web design to explore conflicting narratives covered in the US and Chinese Media during the COVID-19 pandemic. By revealing two sides of the story, Jin digs into the propaganda and power dynamics behind our divided view.
