Statement
Jessica Rohl is a narrative photographer based in Buffalo, NY who uses this medium to bring a connection between memories and music. She speaks toward how our brains will [inevitably] forget the details of memories, but the song that we have associated with specific times will forever be transformative. She has been exhibited in galleries such as the Albright-Knox, and the 1045 Gallery. She has been published in magazines including “Draft 15.” She has also been published in books such as, A Conversation About Conservation and Photographer’s Form: Best of College & High School of 2017.
