Statement
My illustration works mostly draw inspiration from the fields of fashion, music, and science fiction. I have created a lot of lifestyle illustrations such as fashion posters and album covers, including quite a few advertisement posters. The commercial objective behind a good advertisement is to transmit a sense of happiness, thus guiding the target audience to put themselves in the pleasant atmosphere created by the advertisement when watching it. Therefore, when I create my illustration works, I especially focus on the overall atmosphere of the picture, such as the echoing of the virtual and the real, the use of emotional color, and the display of texture. Sometimes, only one color or partial texture is enough to change the atmosphere of the whole painting. I hope that my target audience will not focus on the content of the painting itself, but rather on the overall visual atmosphere of my works.
