This book is designed for people who struggle with insomnia, using a more design-based and playful way to deliver information about insomnia and ways to cure it. What makes this book special is it highlighted all the key information and plays with the word game based on different themes and chapters, in order to make readers out of the negative emotions of having a sleep problem, also works the same with counting sheep at night to shut ourselves off from the stresses of life momentarily. The whole project contains three products, a book, an eye patch, and a candle, which are items that help with sleep.
