Statement
In an era of unpredictable epidemics and changing environments, people have to work and study at home, so we passively have more time with furniture. People often pay more attention to the functional use of furniture, and their individuality and story are more likely to be ignored. Casatopia is a combination of CASA and UTOPIA. CASA stands for home and house in Spanish. Casatopia is a project that discovers the way and relationship between human beings and objects and how to explore our way of life. I wrote the colored text in the book, and the zine recorded my interpretation and impression of each piece of furniture poetically. I am willing to make it a more personal type than a professional furniture history book.
