Statement
Angel is an illustrator and surface designer currently based in Pikesville, MD. She enjoys exploring all different forms of digital and traditional mediums such as gouache, watercolor, pens, ink, colored pencils, and mechanical pencil. Her art has a sense of nostalgia with subject matter mostly focused on food, animals and nature. She focuses more on concepts that she hopes will inspire people and bring them a warm, tender and happy feeling. She also loves exploring different concepts and subject matter in her sketchbook while playing with color, different materials, and mediums. Her thesis focuses on patterns made for a variety of surfaces with subjects such as fruits, flowers, and drinks.
