Animation faculty member Laurence Arcadias brings an extraordinary record of professional experience in the fields of animation, film, and electronic game production to MICA.
French-born and -educated, Arcadias has taught at City College of San Francisco, California College of Arts and Crafts, and the San Francisco Academy of Art for the past eight years. She has worked for a variety of firms producing character design and feature-length animations, videos, films, interactive games, and related programming. Arcadias has also completed numerous illustrations for books and magazines. Her works have been exhibited and screened internationally.
