This community is named after Gaia, the Greek mother of earth. Creating a sustainable environment for the Artist of MICA is one of the top goals of this community. Students who join this community will also have the special opportunity to participate in a community garden located in Founders Green. Students will be able to plant and cultivate their own fruit, vegetables and herbs and will have the chance to make their own mark on MICA through student led initiates about sustainable living and art. Any student interested in going green should join this growing community.
