All returning students must reapply for need-based financial aid by completing the 2019-2020 Renewal FAFSA and MICA Financial Aid application between October 1, 2018 and March 1, 2019.

Returning students who received MICA funded scholarships as new entering students will receive the same amount each year. MICA scholarships are renewable for up to eight semesters as long as the student remains in good academic standing and full time.  Financial Aid awards letters will mailed be during the month of June 2019.

To inquire about the status of your FAFSA, you may call the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 800.433.3243.

The easiest way to complete or correct your FAFSA with accurate tax information is by using the online IRS Data Retrieval Tool found at fafsa.ed.gov. Most tax filers will be able transfer their tax return information directly into the FAFSA. Using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool will prevent you from having to request an IRS Tax Transcript, to satisfy Federal Verification requirements.
