Website/BigTree Not Clearing Session Info and Resetting for Different User
If a user logs out of myMICA and a different user logs into myMICA in the same browser without closing it, the previous user's name still appears on the myMICA landing page. MICA and Fastspot are working together to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
Updating BigTree
MICA's installation of BigTree is on version 4.3. We have an open ticket with Fastspot and are coordinating when a CMS-lockout can be scheduled to execute an upgrade to version 4.4.
